HSG implemented a new Policy, Billing and Claim System that went live in August of 2019. As a result, the Claim Summary reports produced from this system have a new format that is much different from our former legacy system. While this new format provides greater information in an Excel file which allows for filtering, sorting, and searching, there are also different naming conventions which has generated some questions.
